Problem: ordering online
1.) Shopping cart worked before and not anymore? Often it is simply, that
your computer is " full". Please check the following:
Click on Internet Explorer ( as if you would go surfing
on the Internet), click on the top border " Tools". A little box opens, click
there on "Internet Options". In the next box opened click on Temporary Internet
Files " Delete Cookies", then when it is done, please select " Delete Files" (
this clears out only internet files ( not your personal files).After it is done,
please try to order again. If it works, it means, that your computer had to many
internet files in it and couldn't work anymore.
2.) https page in favorites. Shopping cart not working.
When the picture comes up " Shopping Cart is Empty" please click on
" online catalog"
Do not use your back button . This opens up an http
( not https) page .
This page you can put into your favorites and from there on you
shouldn't have any problems.
3.) Still not working? Please check your "cookies" settings to allow
cookies while your are on our site to enable the cart to add your items.

If your computer doesn't accepts "cookies" you can change the settings

a.) In order to shop at
www.woolneedlework.com , you must set your web browser to accept cookies.

If you are using Internet Explorer 6 ?

For Internet Explorer 4, click "View > Internet Options," then choose the
"Advanced" tab. Under "Security," scroll down and find "Cookies" (with the
yellow triangle and exclamation point), then choose "Always Accept Cookies."
Using Firefox ?
Choose "Tools > Options", then click the "Privacy" tab on the left side. Expand
the "Cookies" section on the right. To allow cookies for ALL sites, check the
box marked "Allow Sites to Set Cookies". To allow cookies ONLY for
Woolneedlework, leave the "Allow Site to Check Cookies" box un-checked and click
"Exceptions". Type "www.woolneedlework.com" in the "Address of Web Site" field
then click the "Allow" button.
Using Netscape ?
Choose "Edit > Preferences," then click "Advanced." Choose "Accept All Cookies"
under the "Cookies" section. Click OK, and you're ready to go.
Using a web browser not listed above
Select the "Help" menu and search for information on "Cookies"
When you are done making changes, click the "Refresh" button on your browser.

The new page you can put in your favorites and from there on you
shouldn't have any problems.

with MAC computer) change settings on your computer. If you have problems
ordering online, please just call us and we gladly take your order
over the phone or sometimes through other customers know what they changed
on their computer to get it working again.
