Pat.
BODY
With circular needle, using B, cast on 120(136-152) sts. Join, being
careful not to twist sts. Mark for beg of rnd with different colored
marker and carry marker up. Join A and work even in St st (k EVERY rnd),
following Pat until piece measures approximately 10" from beg, end
with first rnd of A.
Shape Underarms: With A, k to 2 sts before marker, bind off 2
sts,
drop marker.
Next Rnd: With A, bind off 2 more sts, k until there are
56(64-72) sts
after last bound-off st for front, bind off 4 sts, k to end for back –
56(64-
72) sts in front and back sections.
Shape Sleeves and Yoke: With B, loosely cast on 44(48-52) sts
for left
sleeve, place marker, k56(64-72) sts of front, place marker, loosely
cast

back, place different colored marker for beg of row – 200(224-248) sts.
With A, k 1 rnd.
Note: Decs at each side of Back and Front sections and Sleeve
sections are worked independently of each other. You must keep track
of each section separately. Please read through this entire section
before starting to knit.
Still following Pat, dec 1 st each side of Back and Front sections
every
other rnd 0(0-2) times, every 4th rnd 0(4-10) times, every 6th rnd
5(4-0)
times, then every 8th rnd 1(0-0) times. AT THE SAME TIME, dec 1 st
each side of Sleeve sections every other rnd 13(16-18) times, then
every 4th rnd 3(2-2) times. You should have 44(48-48) sts remaining in
each of the Back and Front sections and 12 sts in each Sleeve section.
