Size: fits kids to adults

Materials: 1 ball of Galway

Needles: straight 5mm (USA 8)

Abbreviations: p = purl, k= knit, k2tog= knit 2 stitches together,

k3tog = knit 3 stitches together, Sts = stitches

Cast on 86sts.

Row 1: p2, (k2,p2) to end.

Row 2: k2, (p2, k2) to end.

Repeat the two rows 20 times ending on a row 2.

Decrease Part:

Row 1 : (p2,k2) twice, * p2tog, k2, p2, k2, repeat from * to last 6 sts, p2tog, k2, p2

Row 2: (k2,p2, k1,p2) to last 6 sts, k2, p2,k2.

Row 3 : ( p2, k2) twice, * p1, k2, p2, k2, repeat from * to last 5 sts, p1, k2, p2.

Row 4 : (k2, p2, k1, p2) to last 6sts, k2,p2,k2.

Row 5: p2, k2, p2, (k1, k2tog through back loops, k2, p2) to end.

Row 6 : (k2, p4) to last 6sts, k2,p2,k2.

Row 7 : p2,k2,p2, (k1, k2tog through back loops, k1, p2) to end.

Row 8 : (k2,p3) to last 6 sts, k2, p2, k2.

Row 9 : p2, k2tog, p2, ( k3tog through back loops, p2) to end.

Row 10: k2, (p1, k2) to end.

Row 11: p2tog, (k1, p2tog) to end .

Row 12 : k3tog through back loops, (p1, k3tog through back loops) to end.

Break off yarn. Thread through remaining sts, pull securely and fast off.
